PNC-27

PNC-27 is a synthetic peptide containing a p53 binding domain fused to a cell-penetrating HDM2 binding sequence. It is investigated as an anticancer peptide candidate that may selectively target cancer cells expressing surface HDM2, inducing membranolysis without affecting normal cells.
