Triptorelin

Triptorelin is a synthetic decapeptide GnRH agonist with significantly greater potency than native GnRH. It is used clinically for prostate cancer, endometriosis, and precocious puberty, and is researched for its ability to initially stimulate then suppress LH and FSH through pituitary GnRH receptor desensitization.
